1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CognixAI Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CognixAI Hub provides a managed AI automation platform and associated professional services. This includes the design, deployment, and management of AI-powered workflow automation systems that connect to your business tools and data sources.

3. Use of the Service

  • You must be authorised to connect the data sources and third-party accounts you integrate with the platform.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to automate activities that violate third-party terms of service.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any component of the platform without written consent.

4. Data and Credentials

You retain ownership of all data you connect to or generate through the platform. By connecting data sources, you grant CognixAI Hub the necessary permissions to access and process that data solely for the purpose of executing your configured automations. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is required to run your workflows.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform and will communicate any planned maintenance or known outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or third-party API failures outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The CognixAI Hub platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CognixAI Hub. Workflow configurations and automation logic built specifically for your business remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CognixAI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your workflow configurations and data. We will securely delete your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. We will notify active customers of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
